Angelina Tilley named Group Vice President, People and Integration of Crosbie

Over the past fifteen years, Angelina has established herself as a dedicated and resilient leader with extensive experience in assessing and supporting business processes across a broad spectrum of industries. Angelina joins Crosbie from Nalcor Energy, Newfoundland and Labrador’s energy company focused on sustainable development of the province’s energy resources. In her roles as Chief Risk Officer & Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Angelina established and advised management teams on ERM policies and on efficiency and effectiveness processes. Prior to  joining Nalcor, she worked with Royal and Sun Alliance, Grant Thornton and Ernst & Young in both consultant and advisory services capacities.

As Group Vice-President, People & Integration with Crosbie, Angelina will act as the chief architect of a collaboratively developed and  executed integration plan which will cultivate common business practices across all areas of the business. She will also be responsible for managing key areas of enterprise risk related to regulatory compliance, talent and succession planning, cyber security and business process improvement.

Angelina holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) degree from Memorial University and has attained CPACMA, CIA and CRMA designations. She is Chair of the Governance Committee with East Coast Trail Association and lives in Conception Bay South with her husband and their three-year-old daughter.
