An experienced and well-respected Newfoundland and Labrador-based business leader and entrepreneur, Robert (Rob) Crosbie is the Chair of Crosbie and has significant experience leading growth-oriented companies. Rob started with the family business in 1991 and led the company’s growth in real estate development and industrial services.
Rob Crosbie is a member of the Order of Canada (2018), holds an honourary Doctor of Laws degree from Memorial University (2018), and is a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Business Hall of Fame (2016). Rob has also received Ernst & Young’s Atlantic Canada Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2016), Memorial University’s J.D. Eaton Tribute Award (2014), and Memorial University’s Faculty of Business Administration Alumnus of the Year Award (2003).

Mark Collett is the Chief Executive Officer of Crosbie and is responsible for setting and guiding the strategic direction, development, and performance of all Crosbie companies.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from Durham University, Durham, UK, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University, Wolfville, NS, Canada and earned his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and SCMP designation from Supply Chain Canada. In 2022, Mark also completed the Yale School of Management Global Executive Leadership Program.
Mark is an active member of the community and is currently a member of the CNIB National Board of Directors and, since 2014, has been a member of the Board of Advisors of Memorial University’s Faculty of Business Administration. He also spent four years on the Board of the Newfoundland and Labrador Oil & Gas Industries Association (now Energy NL), including a term as chair in 2019/20 and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Cancer Society from 2016 to 2020.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jeremy is responsible for working across Crosbie’s industrial services and real estate business units to manage client relationships and service delivery. He is also responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to increase profitability, revenue and market share to improve Crosbie’s competitive advantage.
Jeremy’s deep background in the marine and energy sectors brings experience and insights from a variety of disciplines, including logistics, commercial and supply chain management, and health and safety. Jeremy holds a Master of Business Administration from Durham University, Durham, UK, a Bachelor of Maritime Studies from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a Diploma of Technology in Nautical Science (Merchant Marine) from Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland.

As Chief Financial Officer, Tracey is responsible for the oversight of all financial and commercial activities throughout Crosbie’s combined group of companies and plays an instrumental role in the company’s market development.
With over 18 years of experience in progressively senior roles, Tracey has provided strategic, commercial and financial leadership across the energy and communication sectors. Tracey is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is an active volunteer in the not-for-profit community.

With more than 28 years’ experience as an operational leader and family business owner of a large industrial service provider located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Scott provides thorough leadership to drive value added solutions to the company.

Growing up and living in Halifax, Michael has over 36 years of experience in the Industrial, Commercial, and Marine construction industry and has led and coordinated various marketing and strategic initiatives to enhance business development in progressively senior roles throughout his career. He has been instrumental in building the relationships and processes that have underpinned MacKinnon & Olding’s growth in the marine construction industry and brings his knowledge and leadership to Crosbie’s Industrial Services business.
Michael holds a Gold Seal Project Manager (GSC) designation from the Canadian Construction Association and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Design and Construction Institute of Nova Scotia, the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency and the Nova Scotia Construction Labour Relations Association. Michael is currently Vice-Chair of the Nova Scotia Construction Sector Council and a member of the Insulator (Heat and Frost) Trade Advisory Committee.
